A boutique development of 6 townhouses, Armour Avenue is a carefully crafted modern response to the rigours of a tightly guarded character precinct of Mount Victoria. Five three-bedroom and a two-bedroom home occupy the former presence of a nondescript single house in an area defined by Mount Victoria character homes.

The design of this project strikes a careful balance between high-quality internal spaces and thoughtfully designed external areas. It accommodates on-site parking, works with the sloping topography, and responds to the surrounding context. This approach effectively meets the current demands for intensification and housing supply, contributing to the project’s success.
