Considered as a jewel of a site, this project utilises the naturally occurring fundamentals of its site to deliver 12 two-bedroom apartments to the medium-density zoning around the fringe of the Johnsonville town centre.

As a corner site, the opportunity has been enhanced by the natural topography of not only the site itself but also the surrounding neighbourhood. The north-south long axis of the site presented an amazing opportunity to orientate all units to the open distant outlook to the west and the afternoon sun. The site has almost perfect proportions to accommodate dual-aspect apartments that invite both the morning and afternoon sun.

The natural contour of the site opened the opportunity to create a sub-basement carpark in an efficient manner that comfortably housed the 12 cars on site securely without impact on the outdoor amenities.
