When growing up, buildings and especially houses always seemed to create a real interest and experience for me, but in a way I couldn’t quite explain or answer. This has not stopped. We work in a profession that has a profound effect on the way people live and experience their life. We help shape memories of special places by the crafting of spaces, homes and communities. We can do a lot with a little, and a little can change a life and our outlook on things. I consider myself very fortunate to be working with colleagues who look at the little things and genuinely want to make a difference for how we all live.
