This Kāinga Ora project comprises ten two-bedroom duplex and terrace style dwellings and two four bedroom standalone homes on a master-planned suburban site.

The two storey dwellings are a warm, dry and safe replacement of existing homes that had exceeded their working life.

Creating a comfortable balance between individual dwelling amenity and privacy with a sense of connected community were the fundamental aspects of the project’s success.
