Welcome to Solari’s new Project Coordinator

Ruby HickmanRuby’s role will help ensure efficient project delivery. Clients can count on Ruby to help us meet deadlines and maintain a clear flow of communication at every stage of a project’s design and construction.

With extensive administrative experience, including previous roles within a large accountancy practice and a government department, Ruby is accustomed to working at the highest level of efficiency. “Organisation is my superpower,” Ruby says. From what we’ve already witnessed, we wholeheartedly agree.

Ruby says Solari’s designs and our team culture were what drew her to apply for the position. “I love the way Solari designs projects that help communities to thrive,” Ruby explains. A self-confessed ‘people person’, Ruby says she instantly felt at home here. “Everyone at Solari genuinely cares about their work — and each other.

“From enthusiastically supporting one another with their projects, through to contributing to team strategy sessions, Solari has a great work culture of which I’m thrilled to now be a part.”

Interestingly, Ruby has studied criminology, sociology and social policy at the Victoria University of Wellington. “I’ve always been fascinated and intrigued to learn more about the ways a society can work harmoniously to support individuals and grow more resilient communities,” she says. Sounds like a perfect fit for Solari! Welcome aboard, Ruby.
